Parameters

nInsertBefore

[in] Value of LONG.

nItemParam

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of PARAM_T.

nGroup

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
