[in] Value of LONG.

nAutoRepeatAfterInterval

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of ULONG.

nFlags

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
