Parameters

pMatrix

[in] Pointer to PXC_Matrix.

nScaleX

[in] Value of double.

nScaleY

[in] Value of double.

pRes

[out, retval] Pointer to PXC_Matrix.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
