[in] Pointer to IUnknown*.

[in] Value of ULONG.

pFmtDetails

[out] Pointer to ICab.

pCheckRes

[out] Pointer to IUnknown*.

pCheckResVal

[out, retval] Pointer to PXV_ImportConverterCheckFmtRes.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
