ForceReplace	Boolean	Specifies whether to replace an already existing named destination that has the same name as the inserted one. Default value: false
Name	String	Specifies the name of the new named destination. Default value: Empty String
Dest	Dictionary	Specifies destination which the destination will be pointing to.
