Parameters

pUpdateRects

[out] Pointer to RECT.

pUpdateRectsCount

[in, out] Pointer to LONG.

pUpdateExtent

[out, retval] Pointer to RECT.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
