Parameters
- stUpdateRects
- [out] Pointer to RECT.
- nUpdateRectsCount
- [in, out] Pointer to LONG.
- stUpdateExtent
- [out, retval] Pointer to RECT.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
