Parameters

pRect

[in] Pointer to RECT.

nColor

[in] Value of LONG.

bAlphaBlend

[in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
