- [in] Pointer to FORMATETC.

- [in] Pointer to wireSTGMEDIUM.
- nEffect
- [in] Value of LONG.
- pPos
- [in] Pointer to POINT.
- pDropPos
- [in] Pointer to UIX_ListItemID.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
