Parameters
- pStr
- [in] Value of BSTR.
- bAddIfNotExists
- [in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
- pID
- [out, retval] Pointer to LONG.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
