Shows/hides an item with a given text ID.

HRESULT ShowItem([in]  BSTR          pItemID,
                 [in]  VARIANT_BOOL  bShow);

pItemID: [in] text ID of a required item.
bShow: [in] shows an item if bShow is set to VARIANT_TRUE, or hides it if set to VARIANT_FALSE.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
