Parameters
- stRect
- [in] Pointer to RECT.
- bZoomIn
- [in] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
- bAllowSmooth
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
