Parameters

[in] Value of ULONG.

Rects

[in] Pointer to PXC_RectF.

RectsCount

[in] Value of ULONG.

Flags

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of ULONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
