[in] PXC_Matrix* pMatrix,
[in, defaultvalue(0)] ULONG nFlags,
[out, retval, defaultvalue(NULL)] IPXV_PageRegion** ppNewItem);
Parameters

- [in] Value of ULONG.
- pRectOnPage
- [in] Pointer to PXC_Rect.
- pMatrix
- [in] Pointer to PXC_Matrix.
- nFlags
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of ULONG.
- ppNewItem
- [out, retval, defaultvalue(NULL)] Pointer to IPXV_PageRegion.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
