nLayoutWidth

[in] Value of ULONG.

nLayoutHeight

[in] Value of ULONG.

nVertScrollBarWidth

[in] Value of ULONG.

nHorzScrollBarHeight

[in] Value of ULONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
