Parameters

- [in] Value of ULONG.
- bFromDefaultUserSpace
- [in] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
- pMatrix
- [out, retval] Pointer to PXC_Matrix.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
