Parameters

FirstCharIndex
[in] Value of ULONG.
CharsCount
[in] Value of ULONG.
Update
[in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
