Parameters
- nFirstCharIndex
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- nCharsCount
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- bUpdate
- [in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
