The method of interface of PDF-XChange Editor SDK.

HRESULT GetRange([in]   ULONG   nRangeIndex,
                 [out]  ULONG*  nFirstCharIndex,
                 [out]  ULONG*  nCharsCount);

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
