Save all user's preferences to specified storage.

HRESULT SaveUserSettings([in]                   IUnknown*  pUserSettingsDest,
                         [in, defaultvalue(0)]  LONG       nFlags);

pUserSettingsDest: [in] A pointer to IUnknown interface of specified storage. Valid types are IAFS_Name, IAFS_File, and IStream.
nFlags: [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of LONG containing flags.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
