Gets localized string by specified unique numerical indentifier.

Syntax
HRESULT GetLocalStr2([in] LONG nStrID, [out, retval] BSTR* ppLocalStr);
Parameters
- nStrID
- [in] Unique numerical identifier.
- ppLocalStr
- [out, retval] Pointer to BSTR pointer that returns the localized string.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
