[in, defaultvalue(-1)] VARIANT_BOOL bNotifyChanged);
Parameters

- Value of ULONG.
- bNotifyChanged
- [in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
