Fills dictionary from the action handler.

Syntax
HRESULT FillDictionary([in] IPXV_Document* pDoc, [in] IPXS_PDFVariant* pDict);
Parameters
- pDoc
- [in] Pointer to IPXV_Document containing the source document.
- pDict
- [in] Pointer to IPXS_PDFVariant containing the dictionary to fill.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
