Parameters

- [in] Pointer to IStream.
- nDepth
- [in, optional] Value of StreamDecodeDepth.
- bConvertCbCr
- [in, optional] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
