Parameters
- Flags
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of ULONG.
- Depth
- [in, defaultvalue(DecodeDepth_All)] Value of PXS_StreamDecodeDepth.
- Filter
- [out, retval] Pointer to IPXS_DecodeFilter.
Return Value
