                        [in, defaultvalue(-1)]  LONG    Prec);

Parameters

Atom

[in] Value of ULONG.

Val

[in] Value of double.

Prec

[in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
