Parameters

pStr
[in] Pointer to UCHAR.
nLen
[in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of LONG.
pHasAtom
[out, retval] Pointer to VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
