The method of interface of PDF-XChange Editor SDK.

HRESULT Decode([out]  UCHAR*  nBuf,
               [in]   ULONG   cb,
               [out]  ULONG*  nDecoded);

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
