Syntax

HRESULT CreateEmptyCollection([in] BSTR pName, [out, retval] IPXC_StampsCollection** ppCollection);

Parameters

pName
[in] Value of BSTR.
ppCollection
[out, retval] Pointer to IPXC_StampsCollection.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
