Parameters

pAnnot

[in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.

nDestPage

[in] Value of ULONG.

nInsertBefore

[in, defaultvalue(-1)] Value of LONG.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
