- pLocation
- [in] Pointer to PXC_Rect.

- [in, optional] Value of ULONG.
- ppAnnot
- [out, retval, optional] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
