Parameters
- nFirstCharIndex
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- nCharsCount
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- pCharsFlags
- [out] Pointer to ULONG.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
