Parameters
- nFirstCharIndex
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- nCharsCount
- [in] Value of ULONG.
- ppChars
- [out, retval] Pointer to BSTR.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
