Parameters
- pSpec
- [in] Pointer to IPXC_FileSpec.
- pRelPath
- [in] Pointer to IAFS_Name.
- ppName
- [out, retval] Pointer to IAFS_Name.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
