[out, retval] IPXC_SecurityHandler** pHandler);
Parameters

- [in] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

- [out, retval] Pointer to IPXC_SecurityHandler.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
