Gets value of the named destination by name.

HRESULT GetNamedDestination([in]           BSTR              sDestName,
                            [out, retval]  PXC_Destination*  stDest);

sDestName: [in] Name of the named destination.
stDest: [out, retval] Pointer to PXC_Destination containing the data of the given destination.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
