[in] Pointer to [[1]] containing both the encoded and decoded representations of a certificate.

[in] Value of ULONG.

[in] Value of ULONG.

[in] Pointer to PXC_Rect.

sReason

[in] Value of LPWSTR.

sLocation

[in] Value of LPWSTR.

sContactInfo

[in] Value of LPWSTR.

sImageFile

[in] Value of LPWSTR.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
