                [in, defaultvalue(0.0)]  double  nOffset);

Parameters

[in] Value of double.

nG

[in] Value of double.

nOffset

[in, defaultvalue(0.0)] Value of double.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
