Syntax

Parameters

pAnnot
[in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.
nAngle
[in] Value of float.
bAbsolute
[in] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
pRotationPoint
[in] Pointer to PXC_Point.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
