Gets/sets whether the file will be opened in new window. The pNewWindow parameter will be less than 0 when the action does not have such a entry set in the action dictionary. If the action dictionary has a NewWindow entry then 0 or 1 will be returned.

HRESULT get_NewWindow([out, retval] LONG* pNewWindow); HRESULT put_NewWindow([in] LONG pNewWindow);
