Creates an exact copy of the specified action.

HRESULT CloneAction([in]           IPXC_Action*   pAct,
                    [out, retval]  IPXC_Action**  ppClone);

pAct: [in] Pointer to a IPXC_Action containing the action to be cloned.
ppClone: [out, retval] Pointer to a IPXC_Action containing the newly created cloned action.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or an error code in other cases.
