The method of interface of PDF-XChange Editor SDK.

HRESULT SetPixel([in]  LONG   ptX,
                 [in]  LONG   ptY,
                 [in]  ULONG  nColor,
                 [in]  ULONG  nFlags);

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
