Parameters

Width

[in] Value of ULONG.

Height

[in] Value of ULONG.

Format

[in] Value of IXC_PageFormat.

defColor

[in] Value of ULONG.

ppPage

[out, retval] Pointer to IIXC_Page.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
