The method retrieves a list of all parameters that may be returned by the specified file format decoder.

HRESULT GetOpenFilters([in]           ULONG  nFlags,
                       [out, retval]  BSTR*  sFilters);

nFlags: [in] Specifies the format to which the returned by the specified file format decoder.

sFilters: [out, retval] Pointer to BSTR buffer that will be filled with all parameters that can be returned by the specified encoder.

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
