Parameters
- nEventID
- [in] Value of LONG.
- nParam1
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of PARAM_T.
- nParam2
- [in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of PARAM_T.
- ppNewEvent
- [out, retval] Pointer to IEvent.
Return Value
Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
