pTemplateXml

[in] Pointer to void.

cbTemplateXml

[in] Value of LONG.

pRootName

[in, defaultvalue("0")] Value of BSTR.

ppCab

[out, retval] Pointer to ICab.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
