Parameters

nSize
[in] Value of ULONGLONG.
bShort
[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.
ppRes
[out, retval] Pointer to BSTR.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
