Parameters

[in] Pointer to IPXV_Document.

pAnnot

[in] Pointer to IPXC_Annotation.

bRes

[out, retval] Pointer to VARIANT_BOOL.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
