                       [in, defaultvalue(0)]  PARAM_T   Param2,
                       [out, retval]          IEvent**  NewEvent);

Parameters

EventID

[in] Value of LONG.

Param1

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of PARAM_T.

Param2

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of PARAM_T.

NewEvent

[out, retval] Pointer to IEvent.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
