Parameters

bCreateIfEmpty

[in, defaultvalue(0)] Value of VARIANT_BOOL.

pXMP

[out, retval] Pointer to IPXC_XMPMetadata.

Return Value

Returns S_OK if operation was successful or error code in other cases.
